Qincheng Prison is located at the foot of Yanshan Mountain in the north of Beijing, bordered by overlapping mountains to the west, and an endless plain to the north, east and south. It is known as the most mysterious prison, which has reformed Kuomintang war criminals, held revolutionary cadres persecuted by the Gang of Four, and later interrogated the main figures of the Gang of Four counter-revolutionary clique. This is the final destination of corrupt high-ranking officials, leaving them not only with the judgment of the people, but also with the seal of the high wall year after year. The people and things in the high wall are full of legends, attracting the attention of the public, there are armed police on duty at the gate, the security is tight, only certified pieces here do not recognize people, no matter how big the officials, there is no special approval certificate, do not want to step forward half a step. Qincheng Prison is also the only prison that is not under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Justice, which is under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Public Security. Most of China's high-ranking provincial and ministerial officials on trial are concentrated here, so it is also an important place to carry out warning education for senior party members and cadres.
