According to recent information from the Wenzhou Intermediate People's Court, a man organized a gang of 4 thieves to commit crimes along the road from Guangzhou, and applied for hotel attendants in Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province, Ningbo City, Fujian Province, Fuzhou City, Fujian Province, and other places, and exchanged fake Moutai for real Moutai.
The man committed at least 20 crimes in total, stealing 1-2 bottles each time, and the total amount of stolen goods was at least 141,600 yuan. According to the confession, he had exchanged fake wine for fake wine.

According to the WeChat account of the Wenzhou Intermediate People's Court, on April 11, 13 and 22, 2021, Wu Moujian and Huang Moujian used their waiter identities at a hotel in Lucheng District, Wenzhou City, to purchase various years of fake Moutai wine from their homes in advance, and carried out theft in the form of exchanging fake Moutai for real Moutai, stealing 2 bottles of the victim Wu Mouxi Moutai wine, 1 bottle of the victim He Moutai wine (all of which cannot be valued), and 1 bottle of the victim Wang Mouxin's 2017 Feitian Moutai wine (after appraisal, worth 3100 yuan). Wu Moujian was thus captured and arrested.
After review, between 2020 and 2021, Wu Moujian and Huang Mouhua, Lei Moubin, Huang Mouzhi, and Huang Mouzhuang formed a theft gang, committed crimes along the road from Guangzhou, and applied for hotel waiters in Wenzhou City, Ningbo City, Fujian Province, Fuzhou City, Fujian Province, and other places, exchanged fake Moutai for real Moutai and then sent the real Moutai to the upper family, and after the upper family checked and accepted the wine, they paid Wu Moujian.
According to Wu Moujian's confession, fake wine was exchanged for fake wine.
Wu Moujian committed crimes at least 20 times in total, stole 1-2 bottles each time, sold at least 141,600 yuan in total, and made personal profits of at least 40,000 yuan.
The court held that Wu Moujian, for the purpose of illegal possession, used secret means to steal other people's property many times, the amount was huge, and his behavior had constituted the crime of theft, and sentenced him to four years' imprisonment and a fine of 10,000 yuan, and ordered the return of 141,600 yuan of illegal gains and the return of the victims.
The judge reminded that bringing high-end liquor such as Moutai liquor to catering places for consumption, because the goods themselves have high value, and it is difficult to distinguish between true and false, it is very easy to "mix fish eyes", often becoming the target of criminals, so regardless of the purchase or consumption process, we should be vigilant. Purchase through formal channels, issue formal invoices, and register and verify the purchased products through online APP, so that once there is a problem, it is convenient to protect rights. At the same time, in the consumption place, it is not easy to hand over the goods to others, keep the goods that you bring, and try not to let the goods you bring out of sight during the consumption process, and do not give them the opportunity to adjust the package.

On July 11 last year, Mr. Gao, a wenzhou resident, had dinner with friends at a hotel near Yangfu Mountain and brought a bottle of Feitian Moutai wine from the factory in 2014 and handed it over to the waiter for safekeeping. Later, Mr. Gao inadvertently caught a glimpse of something hidden under his clothes by the waiter in his seat.
Mr. Gao was suspicious, and when he went to check, he found that the waiter's clothes were hiding the bottle of Moutai wine he had brought, and there was another bottle of "Maotai" on the table. After careful inspection, Mr. Gao suspected that it was a bottle of fake wine, and when he was trying to find the hotel manager, the waiter broke free of Mr. Gao's control and quickly fled the scene.
After receiving the police, the police found through investigation that in addition to deng mou, a man who escaped from the scene, there were two other waiters in the store who also disappeared, and these two were from Leizhou City, Guangdong Province, and were Deng's hometown.
Through investigation, the police found that Deng mou and others left Wenzhou by car and absconded all the way to Guangdong. On July 19, the police rushed to Qishui Town, Leizhou, Guangdong Province, and arrested the suspect Deng Mou and 3 other people.
According to Deng and others, in just half a month, the three of them covered up with each other, mixed 29 bottles of 500 ml of Feitian Moutai wine, and in the early morning of July 11, drove to a liquor recycling store in Hangzhou, and sold the wine at a price ranging from 2600 to 3300 yuan per bottle, making a total profit of more than 80,000 yuan.
On the afternoon of September 9 last year, in Changsha, Hunan Province, near Teachers' Day, mr. Liu, a customer, spent more than 40,000 yuan to buy two full boxes of 12 bottles of original "Feitian Maotai" and took them to the Kempinski Chinese Restaurant in Changsha's Yuhua District for dinner. When he checked out, he found that the Moutai he had brought was transferred, and then called the police.
In November last year, in Jinan, Shandong Province, Mr. Gao reported to the police that the Moutai he had brought to the hotel had been transferred, and the hotel waiters Ma mou and Wang Mou were quickly arrested. After investigation, the fake Moutai used to adjust the package was taken from a man surnamed Liu, and the recovery price of a bottle of real Moutai was 1300 yuan. It is understood that after Ma applied for a hotel waiter, he repeatedly took advantage of the guests' lack of attention to adjust the package, replaced a total of 18 bottles of Moutai wine, during which no guests drank abnormally, and he also found Wang Mou to cooperate in the crime.
At present, the two have been criminally detained, and Liu Mou, who is on the run, is being hunted down.
