Most Zhuhai natives are reluctant to leave their familiar areas and buy houses in other areas.

I even think that Hengqin and High-tech Zone are suburbs and not well populated. Some of my Zhuhai friends also think that they would rather choose the old and broken small house in old Xiangzhou than buy a big new house in the suburbs.
