The second collective learning meeting of the Theoretical Learning Center Group of Bincheng District Committee in 2022 was held

On the afternoon of February 10, Shan Jiliang, secretary of the district party committee and president of the party school, presided over the second collective study meeting of the theoretical learning center group of the district party committee in 2022. Li Gang, deputy secretary of the district party committee and mayor of the district, Zheng Tongzhong, deputy secretary of the district party committee, and other members of the standing committee of the district party committee attended the meeting, Liu Zuqing, director of the standing committee of the district people's congress, and Bian Hongfang, chairman of the district CPPCC committee, deputy secretary of the party working committee and director of the management committee of Binzhou Industrial Park, attended the meeting as observers.

The meeting focused on the study of the general office of the CPC Central Committee document "Opinions on the Establishment of the Principal Responsibility System for The Leadership of Party Organizations in Primary and Secondary Schools (Trial Implementation)", General Secretary Xi Jinping's important article "Continuously Strengthening and Optimizing the Mainland Digital Economy" and the "14th Five-Year Plan for the Development of the Digital Economy" issued by the State Council.

The meeting pointed out that it is necessary to strengthen the party's overall leadership over the education work, select and strengthen the leading bodies of primary and secondary schools, and the relevant departments should conduct special studies as soon as possible to promote the implementation of reform, ensure that the party organizations perform well their leadership duties of taking the direction, managing the overall situation, making policy decisions, grasping the leading bodies, leading the contingents, and ensuring implementation, so that grass-roots party organizations can become a strong fighting fortress for teaching and educating people in schools.

The meeting requested that we should learn and understand the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's speech on the digital economy, learn the knowledge system of the digital economy, combine the actual conditions of Bincheng, conform to the trend of digital reform, come up with specific methods and measures, promote the deep integration of digital technology and industry, life and governance in the whole region, accelerate the construction of digital government and digital society, and promote industrial digitization, digital assetization and asset capitalization.
