The "New Qingteng" children's book list was released, and the children's winter vacation cultural feast is coming

This year's "New Qingteng" Winter Vacation Children's Book List was jointly recommended by the Shanghai Children's Book Promotion Association, Shanghai Children's Library, Shanghai Primary and Secondary School Students' Reading Activity Promotion Association, Shanghai Book City, Century Duoyun, Shanghai Sino-Japanese Children's Literature and Art Exchange Association, Xiaoxianggu Reading House, and jointly recommended by professional publishing and reading institutions such as Children's Publishing House, China Children's Press and Publishing Corporation, Relay Publishing House, and Tomorrow Publishing House. While adhering to literature and ensuring interest, taking into account the reading needs of young readers of different ages, after two rounds of strict and fair screening, a total of twelve high-quality works were selected for the list.

Among the recommended works of literature, there is no shortage of the latest works of famous children's literature artists, who treat creation rigorously with a new attitude, integrate skillful writing skills with profound life experience, depict the moving and simple sincere emotions, and show the spiritual outlook of teenagers in different eras. Zhou Rui, who takes the promotion of Peking Opera culture as his responsibility, brings his new work "Eight-Armed Nezha", which completely reproduces the struggle of a generation of Peking Opera teenagers with rich details and combination of virtual and real brushwork; children's literature writer Jian Ping composes the prose collection "Green Grass Blooming", using poetic and warm tones, looking back at the difficult years of childhood, and completing a spiritual dialogue through time and space; the famous children's literature writer Qin Wenjun returns to the present and tells the children a beautiful and romantic "Happiness Lesson", the story is exquisite and full of wisdom, The words reflect the writer's profound artistic accomplishment, which not only makes young readers have endless memories after reading, but also stimulates their thinking about growth and their perception of life.

Young writer Dai Qianyuan's adaptation of "Dream of the Red Chamber Written for Children" is also extraordinary, she with profound knowledge and rigorous research, extracting the essence from the original work, with clear and smooth brushstrokes, reproducing the scenes of sorrow and joy in the Grand View Garden, which is a rare adaptation masterpiece. In addition, French writer Jovitek's "No Heroes in My House" and Japanese writer Jun Nasuda's "Starry Rock" show the commonalities of children's growth and spiritual transformation in different cultural contexts, allowing young readers to draw the strength of growth in reading.

Pay attention to content expression, multi-angle depiction presents original power

The "New Qingteng" children's book list was released, and the children's winter vacation cultural feast is coming

With the development of Chinese children's literature, the content presentation of original picture books is more extensive, no longer limited to personal emotional expression, more concerned about the development of the broad era, and paying attention to the humanistic care for special groups. Senior publisher Hai Fei's "Magpie's Nest" is an original picture book of great practical significance, which uses the bird's nest that children like to lead to a life story of a big world view and a view of nature, and arouses children's respect for life. Children's literature writer Chang Li and painter Zhang Fan collaborated on "Where Are You Going", which focuses on the easily overlooked groups in society, opening a window for ordinary people to better understand the intellectually disabled.

In the form of picture books, the original pace is more bold and innovative, showing the confidence and vitality of Chinese children's book publishing, for example: "The Diary of a Little Elephant" recommended by Zhongshao, which integrates popular science and fun, so that children can understand and like elephants, and establish a healthy natural concept of cherishing nature and loving animals from an early age. "Different 1" cleverly uses the small animals to learn the number "1" as the main story line, encouraging children to show their different selves.

Of course, this year's selected imported picture books are still commendable, whether it is from the United Kingdom's "Pampered Bear" sweet and delicate, or the Japanese work "Pretend Not to See" is shocking, although the theme style difference is huge, but it has a touching literary charm.
