During the activity period, individual consumers who purchase new non-operating passenger cars with a unit price of 50,000 yuan or more (total price and tax) of 50,000 yuan or more (total price and tax) will be given a car purchase subsidy of 3,000 yuan per person, and the total number of car purchase subsidies in the city will not exceed 3,100. The car purchase subsidy for this activity is in the chronological order of the car owner to submit the subsidy materials, first-come, first-served, and the system will automatically stop accepting the user's activity application when the activity quota is exhausted, and the same user can only apply for a subsidy once.
According to the relevant person of the Municipal Bureau of Commerce, during the activity period, the public will purchase a new car and issue a car purchase invoice to a registered automobile sales enterprise in Fuzhou, handle the registration procedures for the new car in Fuzhou and obtain a vehicle driving license, log on to the cloud flash payment APP, upload the purchase of a new car invoice, a photo of the new car driving license and submit the information (the specific submission information is subject to the page prompt). After the submitted information is approved, Fujian UnionPay will issue the car purchase subsidy to the car buyer's account registered at the time of registration for the car buyer's activity as soon as possible, and the specific payment notice shall prevail.
