Activity content

A total of 4,000 travel consumption coupons (tickets) will be issued, and individual consumers who purchase new non-operational small passenger cars with seven seats or less in one hand and below in eligible automobile sales enterprises during the event period will be rewarded with tourism consumption coupons, which will stimulate the growth of automobile and tourism consumption in our county.

Event Rules

1.

Participating Merchants:

Automobile sales enterprises that are filed in accordance with the provisions of the National Measures for the Administration of Automobile Sales and registered in Minhou County.

2.

Activity Subsidy Recipients:

(1) Individual consumers who purchase a new non-operational minibus with a first-hand seven-seater or less (invoice date from March 10 to March 31, 2022) at an eligible automobile sales enterprise for RMB50,000 or more (total price and tax) during the event period.

(2) Pay the vehicle purchase tax and license plate in Fuzhou City (the first registration time of the driving license is from March 10 to March 31, 2022).

(3) The purchase invoice and driving license are the same user.

Reward Criteria:

Car purchase rewards: 6 tickets per person for Minyue Water Town, 2 tickets for Fengxiang Shouyi Hot Spring, a total of 8 tickets. The subsidy is limited to 500 copies, and the same user can only apply for one reward once during the event (ID card number, driving license number, invoice number, any duplicate, all are regarded as the same user), according to the order of submission of car purchase invoices and driving license review, first-come, first-served.

Activity Flow:

(1) Buy a car and put on a license plate

During the event, individual consumers went to the eligible Minhou Automobile Sales Enterprise to purchase a new non-operational small passenger car with seven seats or less and issued a car purchase invoice, completed the registration procedures for the new car in Fuzhou and obtained a vehicle driving license. (Invoices and driving permits are required from March 10 to March 31, 2022).

(2) Submit the car purchase voucher

From March 10, individual consumers will declare to the Fujian Automobile Circulation Industry Association and submit the car purchase voucher: a copy of the front and back of the car buyer's ID card (scanned copy), a scanned copy of the car purchase invoice, a scanned copy of the driving license, and three electronic scans sent to the e-mail address at one time: [email protected]; the name of the email is indicated by the consumer's name and contact information. Subsidy places are available on a first-come, first-served basis, in order of email receipt time. The Fujian Automobile Circulation Industry Association will register the received mail in real time, and 510 people will be registered (the 501-510 is the candidate quota), and no new car purchase vouchers will be accepted. After an individual consumer uploads the voucher of purchase, if there are additional materials or resubmitted emails, the last time and the time of the completed materials email shall prevail.

(3) Qualification review

After the quota application is completed, the Fujian Automobile Circulation Industry Association will confirm and review the submitted materials and information, and engrave the consumers' submitted materials. After the review is completed, the sorting summary forms a detailed table (paper version stamped, electronic version sent [email protected]), and the detailed table (including the applicant's name, ID card number, application time, car purchase invoice number, contact information, invoice amount, invoice time, invoicing area, vehicle identification code, license plate number) and engraving materials are submitted to the Minhou County Bureau of Commerce, and the Minhou County Bureau of Commerce, together with taxation, public security and other relevant departments, will verify the applicant's car purchase invoice and driving license information. The verification results will be announced (released through the "Meet Minhou" WeChat public account), the quota that does not meet the conditions will be invalidated, the vacant places will be filled by the 501st-510th declarant, and if there is any non-qualified list, it will not be added.

(4) Award issuance

After the information submitted by the consumer is approved and publicized, the travel consumption coupon will be issued to the dealer by the Fujian Automobile Circulation Industry Association, and the dealer will contact the winner to collect it. Fujian Automobile Circulation Industry Association tracks the issuance of tourism consumption coupons, and each dealer will issue a detailed form and seal to the Fujian Automobile Circulation Industry Association, and the Fujian Automobile Circulation Industry Association will uniformly feedback to the Minhou County Bureau of Commerce.

5.

Other matters:

(1) In order to meet the statutory needs such as government financial fund audit, government departments may need to collect details of automobile subsidies (including but not limited to: ID card, transaction time, transaction amount, invoice and driving license information, transaction merchant information) within the necessary range for inspection and verification.

(2) If force majeure occurs within the scope of the law, the event organizer may change or adjust the rules of the event according to the actual holding of the event, and the relevant changes or adjustments will be published on the "Meet Minhou" WeChat public account or notified in a timely manner in an appropriate manner.

(3) In order to ensure the orderly progress of the activity, such as consumers cheating violations (such as brushing orders, cashing out, uploading false documents, invoices, false transactions, etc.), the event organizer has the right to cancel the consumer's participation in the activity and has the right to recover the rights and interests obtained by the user.
