In order to further stimulate market vitality, release consumption potential, and promote consumption replenishment, led by the Provincial Department of Commerce, with the theme of "Vertical 'Qin' Tesco, Enjoy a Better Life", consumption coupons were issued throughout the province. The total amount of the first tranche of electronic consumption coupons is 939 million yuan. Categories include automobile subsidy electronic consumption coupons, home appliances and home improvement electronic consumption coupons, and catering electronic consumption coupons. Consumers whose mobile phone GPS is located in Shaanxi Province are within the scope of this distribution.
The Provincial Department of Commerce entrusted UnionPay Shaanxi Branch to issue the current electronic consumption coupons through the "Cloud Flash Payment" APP. Consumers can apply for the in-store posters of participating merchants through the "Cloud Flash Pay" APP or scan offline within the specified time of the event. Four rounds of e-coupons are planned for this issue, and each round of electronic consumption coupons is valid for 7 days. The number of redemption limits per person is determined according to different types of coupons in one activity cycle.
When you arrive at the store to consume, scan the code through the "Cloud Flash Pay" APP to pay, and the citizens will automatically write off the electronic consumption coupon (except for the car subsidy) when paying, meet the full reduction conditions. Each purchase is limited to one electronic coupon. Coupons are not changeable, reused, or stacked. The coupon is also compatible with the company's other discounting activities. The e-voucher must be used within the validity period and will be forfeited after the expiry date.
For consumers with automobiles, home appliances, home improvement and catering consumption needs, the reporter also inquired about the most cost-effective "play" in advance.
Automotive:
A one-time comprehensive subsidy will be given to individual residents who meet the conditions for subsidy to purchase a car.
The subsidy standard is: individual consumers buy vehicles divided into three levels of subsidies
The first gear: the invoice amount of the car purchase is more than 60,000 yuan (inclusive), 100,000 yuan (inclusive) and below, and the subsidy is 1,000 yuan / vehicle;
The second gear: the purchase invoice amount is more than 100,000 yuan (exclusive), 200,000 yuan (inclusive) and below, and the subsidy is 2,000 yuan / car;
The third gear: the invoice amount for car purchase is more than 200,000 yuan (exclusive), and the subsidy is 3,000 yuan / car.
The conditions of use are: The automobile sales enterprises that are registered in Shaanxi Province and participate in the electronic consumption coupon issuance activity purchase passenger cars (including new energy vehicles) with China VI standards or above, and the purchase of vehicles needs to go through vehicle registration in Shaanxi Province. Used car transactions are not included in the scope of this car subsidy.
Home Appliances Home Improvement:
Consumers who participate in the activity of home appliances home improvement enterprises, offline physical stores to buy home appliances, home appliances, building materials and other products, can receive 50 yuan and 200 yuan face value home appliances home improvement consumption coupons respectively.
For two denominations, each person can receive 1 ticket per round, and a maximum of 4 coupons can be received. 50 yuan is deducted from 1000 yuan, and 200 yuan is reduced by 3000 yuan.
Food & Beverage:
Consumers who make catering purchases at the offline physical stores of catering enterprises participating in the e-consumption coupon activities in Shaanxi Province can receive 5 yuan and 20 yuan of catering coupons respectively.
For two denominations, each person can receive 2 coupons per round, and a maximum of 6 coupons can be received. 5 yuan off for 20 yuan and 20 yuan for 200 yuan.
