Officials said that in the process of issuing and using electronic consumption coupons, merchants who maliciously cash out, irregular management and use of consumption coupons, and substitute government subsidies for sales preferences will be verified with relevant departments such as the Market Supervision administration and other relevant departments, and if they are verified to be true, they will be included in the dishonest list and disqualified from participating in this activity.
