How should we deal with the situation that the wholesale market for agricultural products may be closed due to the spread of the epidemic? Zhang Wenzheng said that if a large wholesale market is closed, the department proposes the following three emergency disposal plans: one is to transfer the market as a whole and rely on the venues provided by other wholesale markets for supply; the other is to reopen the site for supply.
