According to the official announcement, search for "one card and general check" in the Cloud FlashPay App, click to enter the "National Mobile Phone Card One Card General Check" Mini Program, enter personal information such as name, ID card number, mobile phone number and so on on the query page, and submit it after confirmation. Within 48 hours, the service platform will feedback the query results through the "10699000" dedicated SMS port.

It is understood that the reason why the number details are not directly fed back in the query results is to better protect personal information, and the system provides the number of user numbers in accordance with the principle of minimum necessity, so that users can know their own card application. Users in Shanghai and Yunnan can inquire about their bank card opening and usage status in the names of 14 banks. The 14 banks include Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, Agricultural Bank of China, Bank of China, China Construction Bank, Bank of Communications, China CITIC Bank, Everbright Bank, China Merchants Bank, Shanghai Pudong Development Bank, China Minsheng Bank, Ping An Bank, Industrial Bank, Guangfa Bank, Zheshang Bank, and more commercial banks will join with the gradual improvement and promotion of the pilot. The information that can be queried by "One-click Check Card" includes the number of bank cards, bank name, debit and credit attributes, the first 4 digits of the card number and the last 4 digits.
