On February 9, the Dafang County Public Security Bureau's Racecourse Police Station received a tip from the County Bureau's Criminal Investigation Brigade: Peng Mouying of Racecourse Town, Dafang County, knew that his friend Lei Mouying was going to use his bank card to transfer the money obtained due to illegal crimes, and still provided his own bank card for Lei Mouying to use in order to obtain the "benefit fee", and used telling the bank card password, brushing his face, etc. to help Lei Mouying transfer the money obtained from the crime of illegal crimes, suspected of "helping information network criminal activities". After receiving the clue, the Racecourse police station summoned Peng Mouming to the case.
After interrogation, Peng Mouming confessed to the criminal facts that he used his own bank card and mobile phone card to Lei Mouying during December 2021, and told the bank card password, brushed his face, etc. to help Lei Mouying transfer the money obtained from the crime.
After investigation, the bank card involved in the case under Peng Mouming's name received and transferred funds with a flow of up to 500,000 yuan. At present, the criminal suspect Peng Mouming has been criminally detained by the Dafang police in accordance with the law, and the case is being further investigated.
