She married Emperor Taiji at the age of 16 and gave birth to three Gulun princesses in succession, becoming the first empress to be crowned

In 1593, a war broke out in northeast China, and Yehebu, one of the four Jurchens in Haixi, gathered nine allied troops to attack Jianzhou, but was unexpectedly defeated by Nurhaci. Among these nine coalition troops, there was an army from the Mongolian Horqin Department, led by the two brothers Manggusi and Ming'an, and what they did not expect was that it was this war that achieved a legendary story of "no fight and no acquaintance".

In the aftermath of this war, Nurhaci's Jianzhou Jurchen became more and more powerful, threatening to unify the Mongol tribes, and in this case, Nurhaci's eyes began to turn to an incomparably powerful opponent, the Ming Dynasty. On the other hand, the Mongolian Chahar Department also gradually grew, posing a great threat to the Horqin and other tribes, so both the Horqin Tribe and the Jianzhou Jurchens were interested in improving their relations with each other, and it was obvious that peace was a good way to achieve immediate results.

In 1612, Ming An, the chief of the Mongol Horqin clan, first married his daughter Borjigit (Ambu Fujin) to Nurhaci, the lord of the founding state. Two years later ( 1614 ) , Ming'an 's brother Manggus also married his daughter Borjigit ( named Zhe zhe ) to Jianzhou , but it was Nurhaci 's eighth son , Emperor Taiji , who was to be married.

At that time, Zhe Zhe was only 16 years old, and Huang Taiji was only 22 years old, but Huang Taiji had already married Zhe Zhe before marrying him, and there were at least two Fujin, Consort Fujin was the daughter of Eyidu, Niu Hulu, and The Side Fujin was the daughter of UlaBu Belle Boguoduo, Ula Nala, so after ZheZhe married Emperor Taiji, his original name was Lateral Fujin.

However, with the passage of time, the strategic position of the Mongolian Horqin Ministry in the Jianzhou Jurchen became more and more important, so zhezhe's status in the Imperial Taiji Palace was gradually improved.

In this situation, the first two Fujins of the Emperor Taiji also had accidents, first of all, the Concubine Fujin Niuhulu clan was reprimanded for breaking into the Khan's Palace (Nurhaci's palace) by a sedan and was finally abandoned by the Emperor Taiji. Secondly, the successor of the Great Fukujin Uranara clan suddenly disappeared for some reason, and thus, the highest-ranking mistress of the Imperial Taiji Palace became Zhezhe, and Zhezhe became the third Great Fujin of the Imperial Taiji.

In the eleventh year of the Mandate of Heaven, Emperor Taiji succeeded to the Khan's throne and became the new Lord of Later Jin. Subsequently, Emperor Taiji reformed the harem system, and Zhezhe was crowned as the emperor Fujin and began to truly rule the imperial taiji harem. In the first year of Chongde, Emperor Taiji was proclaimed emperor in Shengjing, and Zhezhe was made empress of the Middle Palace and entered the Qingning Palace, and for a while, it became the object of envy of many women.

As a result, Zhezhe became the first empress of the Qing Dynasty to be crowned by the emperor himself.

At the same time, Zhe Zhe's two nieces also married Huang Taiji successively, they were Princess Zhuang of Yongfu Palace and Concubine Chen of Guan Ju Palace, but there was also one thing that made Zhe Zhe very unhappy, that is, she gave birth to three consecutive births, and these three times were daughters, namely the Second Daughter of the Emperor Gulun Wenzhuang, the Third Daughter of the Emperor, Princess Gulun Duanjing, and the Eighth Daughter of the Emperor, Princess Gulun Duanzhen.

The continuous birth of daughters made ZheZhe very depressed, because only sons could completely consolidate their position and continue the glory of the Horqin tribe in the Qing dynasty. Fortunately, Zhe Zhe's two nieces, Concubine Chen and Concubine Zhuang, gave birth to the eighth son of the Emperor and the ninth son of the Emperor Fu Lin, respectively, which made Zhe Zhe feel a little relieved.

Moreover, after the death of Emperor Taiji, Concubine Zhuang's son Fu Lin also inherited the throne of the Qing Dynasty as the Shunzhi Emperor. After Shunzhi succeeded to the throne, Zhezhe was honored as the empress dowager of his mother, becoming the first empress dowager of the Qing Dynasty. After the Qing Dynasty entered the customs, Zhezhe moved into the Forbidden City with Shunzhi, and died of illness in the Forbidden City in the sixth year of Shunzhi at the age of 51.

In the inheritance of history, we remember more about Zhezhe's two nieces, Fu li three emperors, Empress Xiaozhuang, who created the foundation of the Qing Dynasty, and Concubine Hailanzhu, who achieved the legend of the emperor's concubine love, but often ignores the first qing dynasty, it is the existence of Zhezhe that can make the emperor Taiji concentrate on expanding the territory, although she did not achieve the achievements of her niece Xiaozhuang, but overall she still did not lose a qualified and competent Empress of the Qing Dynasty.
