In 1905, Zhao Yiman was born in a landlord's family in Sichuan. Young Zhao Yiman, because of his relatively good family, studied in private schools and received a good education. In 1924, her brother-in-law Zheng Youzhi introduced her to the Socialist Youth League. She then began to lead student and workers' movements. He joined the Communist Party of China in the summer of 1926. In October 1926, Zhao Yiman was admitted to the Wuhan Huangpu Military Academy. In November, he entered the Wuhan Central Military and Political School. In September 1927, he went to study at Sun Yat-sen University in Moscow, Soviet Union. It can be said that her experience is still relatively rich, and her experience was also very high in the party at that time. After the September 18 Incident, Zhao Yiman was transferred to the northeast and began to engage in anti-Japanese activities.
In November 1935, during a battle with the Japanese army, Zhao Yiman was captured for covering the retreat of his troops. After the Japanese army captured Zhao Yiman, they immediately interrogated her. The Japanese army saw that Zhao Yiman refused to give in, and used a horse whip to poke his leg wound, and Zhao Yiman passed out several times, but never revealed any information. Later, because of Zhao Yiman's serious illness, the Japanese had to detain her in a prison in Harbin, where she was treated and interrogated at the same time. Of course, Zhao Yiman ran away after that, but was caught again. After the Japanese captured Zhao Yiman, they tortured her with a tiger stool, pepper water, electrocution and other torture. But Zhao Yiman never gave in. Japan later found that there was really no way out and decided to execute her.
When Zhao Yiman was kidnapped and rushed to the execution ground, she still shouted slogans such as "Down with Japanese imperialism" and "Long live the Chinese Communist Party." It can be said that she did not reveal any information until her death, and she loved the motherland until her death.
