Li Qingzhao is one of the few female lyricists in the history of our country. Li Qingzhao was born into a famous family and had a good education, and after marriage, she and her husband Zhao Mingcheng were also in love. In her early years, she wrote many poems of fresh and elegant style, all of which reached a high artistic level; but people remember this female lyricist not only because of these relaxed and comfortable poems.
In 1127, the Jurchens in the north attacked Beijing, Song Huizong and Song Qinzong were captured, Song Gaozong fled south, and Li Qingzhao and his wife also fled with refugees to Jiangnan and drifted to other places.
When the country was in trouble, the rulers were stubborn and incompetent, and Li Qingzhao, who knew the great righteousness, witnessed the situation and was heartbroken. When she and Zhao Mingcheng fled through the Wujiang River, Li Qingzhao thought of Xiang Yu, who drew his sword and killed himself after the defeat of the soldiers on the banks of the Wujiang River, and could not help but think of the past and the present, and wrote a poem "Wujiang" that has been passed down through the ages: "Born as a master, death is also a ghost male." Still thinking about Xiang Yu, he refused to cross Jiangdong. ”
In the poem, by praising Xiang Yu, a failed hero, the poem satirizes the weakness of the rulers of the dynasty, and shows people such a philosophy of life: to live, you must live with backbone; to die, you must die heroically, and you can sing and cry. Li Qingzhao's unyielding integrity in the poem made the man with the eyebrows ashamed of himself.
In August of that year, her husband Zhao Mingcheng died of illness, and Li Qingzhao was like a lone goose, wandering in a foreign land and displaced. Mountains and rivers were broken, families were broken, and all kinds of sadness intertwined and attacked this woman. But the resolute Li Qingzhao endured all this and did his best to complete the legacy of his deceased husband.
Zhao Mingcheng liked to study gold stones during his lifetime, and there were many collectibles. Zhao Mingcheng had just died, and Wang Jixian, a close associate of Emperor Gaozong of Song, brought three hundred taels of gold to buy those valuable collectibles at a low price, apparently wanting to take advantage of the fire and robbery. How could Li Qingzhao be willing to sell these precious collections for the rest of his life? Moreover, they condensed so much effort from her and her husband.
Lonely and helpless, Li Qingzhao was angry and anxious, trying his best to protect her husband's collection and resolutely refusing to sell them cheaply. Wang Jixian, who relied on his power, was willing to give up easily and constantly threatened, but Li Qingzhao was always unswerving. Later, thanks to Zhao Mingcheng's cousin Xie Ke's family, Li Qingzhao was spared from this disaster. In this eventful autumn, Li Qingzhao wrote "Slow Sound", which was highly praised by posterity:

Seeking, cold, miserable and miserable. When it is warm and cold, it is the most difficult to rest. Three glasses of two light wine, how can you oppose him, and the wind is fast late? Yan Guoye is sad, but he is an old acquaintance.
Yellow flowers are piled up on the ground, haggard and damaged, who can pick them now? Guarding the window, how can you be born black alone? Sycamores are more drizzling, until dusk, bit by bit. This time, what a sad word!
The whole poem is sad and poignant, overflowing with thoughts of her husband, but also worried about the broken mountains and rivers, and it makes people cry bitterly when read. But in this miserable and miserable life, Li Qingzhao has never lost his integrity.
In her later years, she wrote many poems, advocating the Northern Expedition and recovering the lost land, and painstakingly compiled the "Golden Stone Record", fulfilling her husband's long-cherished wish. Her spirit has always been praised by future generations.
