In order to comprehensively promote the construction of "electric Yibin" and help the high-quality development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt, Yibin formulated the "Implementation Plan for Comprehensively Promoting the "Electric Yibin" Project", proposing that "during the '14th Five-Year Plan' period, the city will build more than 40,000 charging interfaces, 10 integrated charging stations for light storage and charging, 60 replacement power stations, and 5 energy storage demonstration projects, and build a charging and replacement service network system with urban public fast charging as the mainstay, internal special charging as a supplement, private charging with vehicles, and specific environment replacement pilots."
