In the early years of the Ming Dynasty, Zhu Yuanzhang sent the general Fu Youde to garrison Anshun and establish the Juntun Civilian Fort, and the technicians in the army combined with our ancient winemaking methods here to brew fine wine, and used it to entertain the generals and villagers in the army. Later, the garrison honored the imperial court with fine wine, and Zhu Yuanzhang pinned the dragon yan dayue and hand-picked the tribute wine as a royal treasure, and since then the "Ming Dynasty Royal Treasure" has become the pride of our Anshun.

At the beginning of the 20th century, there was a folk bartender named Zhou Shaochen who was exiled to Anshun during the warlord melee, he was the first to brew cellar wine in Anshun and developed it into the founder of "Anjiu".
In 1937, Zhou Shaochen bought the barbecue room opened before the Anshun Dajian Road, transformed it into a cellar pond, and began to toast his own wine. He learned the craftsmanship of Huamao, Laimao and other wines, and after nearly ten years of painstaking management, he finally brewed the "Kaiju Half City Fragrance", which was known as the fine wine of "Zhou Mao", and his "Drunken Qunfang" winery was also famous in Anshun City.
By 1951, the government accepted the "Drunken Qunfang" workshop and the "Limin Distillery" and merged to form the Anshun Distillery, and the real sense of Anjiu was born.
Anjiu was famous in the 20th century and is also one of the "Eight Famous Wines of Guizhou"
Since 1963, it has won the title of "Guizhou Famous Wine"
In 1978, it entered the Beijing market and was listed as a special wine for the Great Hall of the People, a special wine for gifts in Central and Southern China...

The original Pingba Distillery (Guizhou Pingba Distillery Co., Ltd.) was founded in 1952, and its Pingba Cellar Wine, because the registered trademark is the Golden Kettle Brand, is also known as "Golden Kettle Cellar Wine", and is also "one of the eight famous wines in Guizhou".
