It has been more than two months since Chenchen on the hospital bed has completed the third tumor resection operation, and the trauma caused by this operation is very serious. In March 2020, Lei Guo and Chen Chen stayed in their hometown of Anhui. Tatsumi was only 3 years old at the time, and suddenly began to have intermittent stomach pain, which hurt for a long time. Lei Guo took the child from the county central hospital to Nanjing Children's Hospital in Jiangsu Province for examination, and the doctor confirmed that ChenChen had hepatoblastoma stage 4. "At that time, I felt that my brain was blank, and the doctor said it was very serious, it was advanced cancer. When I heard about the cancer, I was stupid, my legs were weak, and my husband supported me so that I didn't fall. Rego said.
Because Chenchen's condition was delayed for a long time, the doctor was worried that the tumor would break in the stomach and decided to perform liver cutting surgery. Rego and her husband were scorched outside the operating room door, pacing left and right, waiting for six hours. During this period, the doctor issued a critical illness notice, saying that the child may not be able to get off the operating table. The two burst into tears, crying and pleading with the doctor to save the child's life. Fortunately, in the end, Tatsumi passed the dangerous pass and saved his life. Two recurrences And three tumor resection surgeries
After the operation, Chenchen was treated five times in Nanjing, and when the child came home for the treatment, the doctor suddenly checked that the child's condition had recurred to the lungs, and Lei Guo's heart sank to the bottom, the recurrence meant that the tumor did not let go of her child, and its minions were spreading to Chenchen's body in an attempt to tear and swallow the 5-year-old child.
Worried about the medical conditions in Nanjing, through the introduction of patients, in November 2020, they were transferred to a hospital in Beijing for lung tumor cutting surgery, and more than a dozen bean-sized masses were removed from Chenchen's lung epidermis. The doctor said that the operation went well and that he could go home and recuperate for a while. "The child was very happy when he came home from the hospital, and he was very happy to see his grandparents, sisters and brothers who had not been seen for a long time." Rego said. However, this rare happy time is only a fleeting beauty. During Tatsuya's recuperation, he still had a drainage tube inserted in his body and relied on taking targeted drugs to control his condition. He has been repeatedly high fever at home, non-stop infusion, the doctor suggested that Lei Guo to stop the child's targeted drugs, otherwise the high fever is not easy to recover. As a result, only a month after stopping the drug, the tumor in Chenchen's lungs began to grow wildly, and in August 2021, they quickly rushed back to Beijing Hospital to prepare for the third operation. Once again, they borrowed money from friends and family, and finally managed to pay for the child's third operation.
On September 15, 2021, at the moment when the child entered the operating room, he said to Rego: "Mom, we don't have the money to go home." But Chenchen's leg hurt so badly that he couldn't walk at all, and before he could take two steps, his eyes were full of tears, and he knelt on the ground, in great pain.

Follow-up treatment is expensive and cannot be paid for
Recently, Chenchen's health has deteriorated, and the critical illness notice has been issued again. Lei Guo's family comes from a rural family in Heita Town, Si County, Anhui Province, and in 2017, Lei Guo's mother-in-law was diagnosed with kidney cancer, and they borrowed hundreds of thousands of yuan from relatives and friends to treat their mother-in-law for surgery.
