Breaking news information shows that Weilai ET5 is based on the NT2.0 platform, with a length between 4800mm and 4900mm, a wheelbase between 2800mm and 2900mm, positioning it as a cross-border product for cars and SUVs. It is expected that in the future, THE ET5 will also be equipped with a 180kW front permanent magnet synchronous motor + 300kW rear induction motor, and the comprehensive power will reach 480kW. According to the analysis of Weilai's current product price, the price of this car is most likely to be more than 300,000 yuan.
The WEILAI ET5 configuration is indeed worthy of consumer expectations, but many netizens think of the lessons of the past Weilai ET7 and express concerns about when the ET5 will be mass-produced. In January this year, NIO released a new flagship model, THE7, which has not been listed until today, and is expected to be on sale by the end of 2020. Generally speaking, from the release to the listing of a car, it is best to be within half a year, otherwise it will fade like the Heat of WEILAI ET7.
