In order to do a good job in the dynamic management and normalized assistance of employees with difficulties in filing, according to the annual work arrangement, recently, the Rights and Interests Protection Department of the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions and the Municipal Employee Service Center organized and carried out the 2024 municipal household visits to the families of employees with difficulties in filing, focusing on visiting the families of employees in difficulty who were newly included in the scope of filing this year, and formulating precise assistance measures to help solve the problems of urgency, difficulty and longing by accurately grasping the real situation and actual needs of employees.
The household visit of the families of workers with difficulties is one of the measures taken by the Nanjing trade union to continue to carry out the work of helping the workers, and the party branch of the center organized party members to participate in the visit. In the process of visiting the household, one looks at the living situation of the family, the second asks about the living situation of the employees, the third talks about the difficult assistance policy, the fourth establishes the help work file, and the fifth accurately implements the trade union assistance service measures. Through an in-depth understanding of the difficulties in employment, income, living, medical treatment, and children's education of the families of workers in difficulty, we will accurately implement assistance measures to ensure early detection, early intervention, early arrangement, and early assistance. In recent years, in accordance with the requirements of higher-level trade unions, we have strengthened the care and care of workers in new forms of employment, and included the difficult objects into the trade union assistance system, so that they can understand the trade union, get close to the trade union, enter the trade union, and rely on the trade union, so as to continuously enhance the sense of gain, security and happiness.
Every time they go to a family of workers in difficulty, the staff members sit side by side with the workers and their families in difficulty, or stand and talk in a small and cramped room. It is this kind of invisibility and unrestraint that shortens the distance between each other, just like a guest coming to the house, and there is no need to be too polite. Telephone communication and SMS interaction are indispensable in ordinary work, and through this visit to the house, it is regarded as a recognition of the door-to-door and the master, and everyone quickly became acquainted, and the conversation box was easily opened. When talking face-to-face and communicating with employees in difficulty, the staff introduced in detail the current assistance policies of the trade union, including the annual living assistance, student assistance standards, and medical assistance methods, etc., and then had an in-depth understanding of the family income and expenditure, children's schooling, health status, housing and employment of the difficult employees, carefully explored their actual needs for employment introduction, skills training, legal aid and other trade union assistance projects, and established a help work file for each difficult employee family. At the same time, it also brought supplies to families in need to help relieve the current pressure of life.

Happy families are almost the same, and unhappy families have their own misfortunes. Only by approaching them, getting close to them, and witnessing their predicament and the difficulties of life, can we better understand the responsibilities and burdens on the shoulders of the help and support staff.
