Material:
- 500 g of clams
- 4 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- 2 sprigs green garlic, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cooking wine
- 1/4 teaspoon chicken essence
- 1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tablespoon starchy water
Steps:
1. Soak the clams in light salt water for about 2 hours to remove sediment and impurities.

10. Place the garlic clams on a plate and garnish with chopped green onion.
