Gao Jinglin, born in 1955, Binzhou, Shandong Province, graduated from Binzhou Normal College in 1980, stayed in school, and in 2000 was transferred to binzhou Municipal Federation of Literature and Literature, and served as the chairman of the Municipal Federation of Literature and Literature and the director of the Cultural and Historical Committee of the Municipal People's Political Consultative Conference. He is currently a member of the Chinese Calligraphers Association, the chairman of the Binzhou Calligraphers Association, and a visiting professor of Lu Xun Academy of Fine Arts and Binzhou College. He is a member of the 3rd, 4th and 5th Terms of Shandong Calligraphers Association.
