Sun Haoliang's novelty lies in the fact that he has never stopped innovating in his painting skills and thinking about creation over the years, and he can always present works with different faces. This habit should be traced back to when Sun Haoliang was studying at Lu Xun Academy of Fine Arts. At that time, he painted Chinese painting and had a certain understanding of traditional Chinese painting. Although he changed to oil painting in the later period, he still wanted to integrate the two forms of painting in his heart. Despite the differences in form of expression, he hopes to present the spark of the collision of these two cultures through the works, so that the works have both the characteristics of Western painting and the traditional spirit of the East. In Sun Haoliang's heart, artists are sometimes emotional, and they are more likely to be disturbed by external emotional factors and change themselves. And these changes will also prompt their own work style to change accordingly, the tone is bright or deep, and the form and content are constantly changing.
