Liu Yantao, born in May 1965, is the deputy director of the Seal Book Committee of the Chinese Calligraphers Association, a professor of the Calligraphy Training Center, a member of the Calligraphy Art Committee of the Chinese Character Museum, the president of the Calligraphy and Painting Institute, the deputy director of the Seal Book Committee of the Henan Provincial Book Association, a member of the Henan Provincial Artists Association, and the vice chairman and secretary general of the Anyang Book Association.
