Sir and approachable, witty, and when resting, I like to have close friends to talk to him.
After I met Mr. Changshuo, of course, I regarded myself as a junior and had a respectful attitude, but Mr. Changshuo did not regard the age difference, there was a difference between the seniors and the younger generations, talking about poetry and painting, please benefit more, think back to all kinds, such as at present, a kind of affectionate ancient friendship, light and thick, clear and eternal, there is really an indescribable overview.
Mr. Pegatron's poetry, calligraphy and painting are all-encompassing and long, and have a strong special style, which is self-contained. Calligraphy specializes in ancient seals, especially the achievements of stone drum characters as the highest. Zheng Taiyi commented on Mr. Changshuo's Stone Drum Text, saying:
Deng Shiru, the big seal is better than the small seal. He Zizhen only made a small seal, and did not see him as a big seal. Yang Yisun and Wu Da yi were both made great seals. Deng and He each have achievements, and Yang and Wu are not arrested. The Tao Daoists, famous for their seal carvings, are the most skilled in stone drums, and their penmanship is reasonable and self-contained, which can be described as a unique person.
One afternoon, I went to see Mr. Wu Changshuo. It was after he woke up from his nap and was in a very good spirit that he casually talked about poetry and painting, and in the middle of the discussion, my opinion was quite in line with his interest, and he was very happy. The next day, I was specially written as a seal book couplet with a collection of ancient poems, and the first sentence of the couplet was "Heaven is shocking and strange to see the pen", and the second half is "Alley Talk Street Talk Into The Poem". Mr. Pegatron looks at the poetry, paintings and calligraphy of ancient and modern people, etc., and often does not comment. Looking at the poetry, paintings and paintings of the younger generations, he only said good, and often did not comment, which was his usual attitude.
This pair of seal couplets given to me is naturally also the method by which Mr. Pegatron rewards the latecomers, but this kind of reward method is not commonly used by him. In particular, the sentences collected really feel a little unbearable, and I feel more solemn and precious. The meticulous collection of shishi has been more than ten years old. The Anti-Japanese War army was revived, Hangzhou fell, and it was lost because it was not brought to the rear with him, and he did not know who it was that he fell into the hands of others. Recall the seal characters in lianzhong, with the brush of "like a cone drawing sand" and the trend of "thirsting for ji to run the spring", no matter a vertical or a painting, it is still deeply imprinted in the brain without being erased.
Mr. Pegatron's achievements in seal writing can be said to be known to the whole world and need not be described. Therefore, he can use the pen of the seal book he has achieved and apply it to painting, which is vast and thick, and cannot be lived. He himself thought that Zhong Ding's pen was his strength in painting, so he often mentioned this in his inscription poems. For example, in the poem of Bang Lan Zha, it is said: "Painting and seal method can be merged, deep thinking and solipsism, and only going it alone." Another example is the inscription Painting Mei said: "The mountain wife is suddenly admiring, and the ink qi is out of her hand to push the stele together." In terms of calligraphy, Mr. Pegatron once talked about "learning Zhong Taifu for more than 20 years". Therefore, at the age of eighty, he was still able to write small orthographic fans. The pen strength and perseverance and meticulousness made the young people of my generation daunted, enough to know the origin of his calligraphy and the depth of his skill.
Cursive writing is made by using his seal book and calligraphy, such as orange vine, such as fighting snakes, which are linked by one breath and cannot be stopped. In coordination with Mr. Pegatron's painting style, it is particularly wonderful to use inscription paintings to become a new style on the picture. Therefore, when he painted, he also gave priority to nourishing qi. He used to say: When painting, you must rely on a breath. It turned out that Mr. Changshuo was mainly imposing on poetry, painting and printing. Therefore, he often talked about the aspect of qi in painting poetry or inscription poems. "Xun Zhongxiong": I am not good at painting, but I know a lot of painting theory, so that the pen supports the aphids, drinks ink and spits out fear, the mountain is the ancient mountain, the water is the ancient water, the landscape rao spirit, the painting is in the appearance. Reading is the best, nourishing qi is also there, qi can be created, learning power is dependent on each other for a long time, Jingguan Dong is huge, and its qi is immortal.
Mr. Changshuo's paintings are mainly imposing, so in terms of layout, they are completely different from Hu Gongshou and Ren Bonian of the Qianhai School. It is also completely different from Shi Tao, Bada, and Qingteng. Such as painting plum blossoms, peonies, magnolias, etc., regardless of the banner width, often from the lower left to the right obliquely, there are also from the bottom right to the left obliquely, its branches and leaves are also oblique, left and right interspersed with each other, close and diagonal tilt. In particular, he likes to draw vine plants, or from the upper left corner to the lower right corner, or from the upper right corner to the lower left corner, galloping and dancing, there is really a snake and dragon lost its natural correction. Its titles are mostly long lines to increase the momentum of the layout. It can be described as a new side of a unique capital flower.
The color setting of Mr. Pegatron's paintings is also the same as the layout, which can open up the old set of the ancients. The most obvious example is the joyful use of magenta. Western magenta was opened from shipping to China later, before Ren Bonian, no one used this red to paint Chinese paintings, using magenta, it can be said that it began since Mr. Pegatron. Because the color of magenta, deep red and can be ancient thick, one can make up for the shortcomings of the fat rouge can not be ancient thick, the second is to use crimson ancient thick magenta, enough to match Mr. Pegatron's ancient thick and simple painting style, Mr. Pegatron in his early years, is the golden stone seal, so the success is earlier, the achievement is also the highest, to the simple and thick meaning of the golden stone seal, quoted to the painting color, naturally does not fall in the fresh and flat, not falling behind the pink vulgarity, can use the big red and green complex and changeable, is the most good at using color in the big picture flowers.
Naturally, the painting of our country, in modern times, every ink color is the main color, the ink color is easy to be ancient, and the color is not easy to be ancient, so it is said: "It is difficult for parents to color, and it is difficult to paint." He also said, "Don't paint too much with the colors." "This is all mr. Pegatron deeply appreciates the hardships of color use and understands it.
Recently, Mr. Shiraishi, his layout and color, etc., have also been generally changed from Mr. Pegatron's side. On the surface, it is different from Mr. Pegatron, and its foundation is actually separated from Mr. Pegatron, and clear-eyed people can naturally see it at a glance. Mr. Zishi himself said it very clearly in his painting poems. It is recorded below:

Mr. Pegatron, whether it is poetry, calligraphy, painting and printing, etc., is to not follow the example of the predecessors, and to start an independent family as the main purpose. He said in the engraving of the long ancients:
But the present people are extravagant in the ancient past, and whoever is above the ancients has taught. Poetry, calligraphy and painting have a true meaning, and you can study and seek its understanding.
And the inscription Painting Mei said:
The place of painting is precious and precious to me, if the wind meets the fish.
And the grape said:
I am not good at painting, I learn to paint and think about changing wine, I have been learning for forty years, the older I get, the more strange and ugly I am, Mo Shu makes grapes, and the pen moves the dragon away. Or quasi-warm day view, should the day no, painting when out of their own will, imitation of the dust, even if it can be imitated, has fallen behind the ancients, so self-smearing, but the pen is like a broom, the world is a thousand, cloud dreams swallow eight or nine. Only the wind and rain come, turn the dragon into a tengu, urgently need to pay people, spring mash to drink the big fight.
Mr. Shiraishi's self-deprecating poem bet said:
Wu Yilu often said to my friends: "It is easy for those who pick up people in small skills, but it is difficult for creators." If you want to start a family on your own, at least half a lifetime, the picker can get the fur for at most half a year. ”
But once, after I painted a landscape, I felt that I was still satisfied, so I took it to Mr. Changshuo to see, and after he read it, he still just said yes. However, that night, I made a long poem, and the next morning, I asked someone to bring it to me, and the content of the poem was all different from usual, and it can be said that the precepts are more important than praise. Therefore, it can be known that Mr. Pegatron attaches great importance to the academic process step by step, and opposes the adventurous and quick success. Its longevity is recorded as follows:
"Reading Pan Ashou Landscape Barrier": Dragon Flying Waterfall Yanyan Cloud, Stone Liang Qi Pulse Through, Long Jiu Qi and Wood Stone Bucket, No Hanging Obstacles to Birth A Shou. Shou He is long and slender, and only the weak crown is strong. If it is not a farmer's garden and learns to be strong, Ande Garden vegetables, fruits and melons help rice grain. Pig iron peeps into the ancients, the sword qi is hairy, there is a white ape gong, bamboo pole teaching dance. Yesterday I saw the painter paint a mountain, the iron ship cold valley flying immortal end, straight to the samurai forest to build a pass, lotus depression crowded together. Squeeze and climb, the elk can't, walk into the Shaomu Peak; the toad is too much, and it is me who meets Wu. The discussion of my poem is absurd, and the reader asks Ni Wuhuang. Only afraid of going too far in the thorn bushes, a fall must prevent falling into the deep valley, life expectancy is sad.
When I was young, I was happy with Chinese painting, but every time I thought that my talent was not bad, I often started with an uninhibited temperament and taste, and painted it straight, like a wild horse galloping, not reined, and I particularly despised the ancients' proposition of the strict law of heavy work. This is naturally a major shortcoming in life, and Mr. Changshuo knows my shortcomings, that is, to clearly point out my shortcomings in this landscape painting, which is what is said in the last paragraph of the long ancient period: "I am only afraid of too fast in the bushes of thorns, and I must prevent falling into a deep valley when I fall, and I will live a long life and be lonely." "Deeply for my painting "I can't walk the path" and make a lot of worries and exhortations.
After Mr. Pegatron passed away, every time he talked with his old friends about the factions and achievements of modern poetry, painting, painting, etc., he talked about Mr. Pegatron as soon as he talked about it. As a result, it often causes many situations in the past with Mr. Pegatron. During the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression, he was exiled from Xianggan and Dianshu, and his pen was deserted, and every pair of Mr. Changshuo's poems, calligraphy, paintings, and calligraphy had his outstanding special style, and the great master who was the great master of the left and right generations of customs was sometimes nostalgic, and because of nostalgia, he once sang poetry, which is recorded below:
"Remembering Mr. Wu Wu Lu": Every time YueMing remembers Gui Wu, the big cloth yilang counts the stems and whiskers. The article is powerful and self-folding, the sentimentality of migu is clear, there is no Wei Jin outside the old mountain forest, and the dragon is driven to cultivate Tang Yu. Nowadays, the characters are all under their eyes, who are alone and afraid.
In recent years, the painting world in our country has felt lonely, Mr. Huang Binhong has returned to Daoshan, Mr. Qi Baishi can not paint more because of his old age, and when talking about Mr. Wu Changshuo's past situation, I will wait and see the fearsome youth of my generation.
