Biography
Wang Haiyang, a native of Suqian, Jiangsu Province. He is currently a member of the Chinese Calligraphers Association, a member of the Jiangsu Provincial Book Association Xingfeng Construction Committee, a member of the Jiangsu Artists Association, a member of the Jiangsu Provincial Flower and Bird Painting Research Association, a director of the Jiangsu Public Security Artists Association, a vice chairman of the Suqian Book Association, the chairman of the Suyu District Book Association, and the vice chairman of the Suyu District Artists Association.
