Guo Qingli, Shandong Wudi people. Graduated from Shandong Academy of Arts with a bachelor's degree in calligraphy. Master of calligraphy at Shandong Academy of Arts, tutor Mr. Yu Mingyi. He is currently a director of the Shandong Calligraphers Association, the deputy secretary-general of the Shandong Young Calligraphers Association, the vice chairman and secretary general of the Binzhou Calligraphers Association, and the chairman of the Binzhou Young Calligraphers Association.
