Li Yuquan, Zi Baichuan, Shandong Lijin people, born in December 1955, graduated from the Fine Arts Department of Shandong Academy of Arts, graduated from the Ministry of Culture 2012 National Academy of Painting Professionals First Senior Chinese Painting Seminar. He is currently a member of the China Artists Association, a member of the China Folk Writers Association, a special painter of the Chinese Scientist Painting Academy, a director of the Shandong Artists Association, a visiting professor of the Shandong Academy of Arts, a member of the Shandong Academy of Chinese Painting, a part-time professor of the Fine Arts Department of Binzhou College, an honorary president of the Binzhou Academy of Painting, an honorary president of the Binzhou Gallery Alliance, an honorary president of the Dongying Yellow River Estuary Wetland Painting Research Institute, the chairman of the Binzhou Artists Association, and an art consultant of the Binzhou Literary Association.

The Chinese paintings "Oil Production Trees in the North" and "Builder" won the Excellence Award of the National Chinese Painting Exhibition in 2006 and 2007 respectively.
The Chinese painting "When the Red Army Goes" was selected for the National Exhibition of Chinese Paintings commemorating the 70th anniversary of the victory of the Long March of the Chinese Workers' and Peasants' Red Army.

In 2016, the Chinese painting "Beacon Fire" won the Excellent Work Award of Shandong Province celebrating the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China and the 80th anniversary of the victory of the Red Army's Long March.
In 2017, the Chinese painting "Binzhou Top Ten Historical Celebrities Hai Porcelain Series" won the first prize of the Taishan Literature and Art Award in Shandong Province.
