Focusing on the classics of contemporary art and the latest flourishing experiments, the exhibition gathers nearly 15 pieces/groups of important new media collections from the Centre Pompidou, and is exhibited together with audiovisual installations and sound sculptures by Chinese artists. Through the "sounds" that run through the whole field inside and outside the West Bund Museum, it opens up a deep journey of consciousness for the audience that has never been "heard" before.

The permanent exhibition "Reflections of Portraits: The Collection of the Centre Pompidou (III)" is divided into 15 thematic chapters throughout the narrative, juxtaposing portraits of celebrities and unknown people, breaking the chronological order of display. Portraits by Picasso, Margaret, Bacon, Zhang Xiaogang and Zao Wou-Ki offer a glimpse into the many dimensions of modern and contemporary art history. Through the faces, we can gain insight into the vivid life, complex society and diverse eras, and glimpse the social development process of a century. It is also possible to glimpse the evolution of self-consciousness in connection with others. Family, love, friendship, peers, self, others, it can be said that everything is comprehensive.

Contemporary artist Chen Zhou has created a paradise in the West Bund Art Museum's exhibition hall 0 with the intention of landscape, inviting all travelers to stop and rest here through the solo exhibition "Travel Map", a short escape from the hustle and bustle of troubles, and a moment of peace of mind here. The exhibition will use two intrinsically connected narrative threads to bring the audience the spiritual companionship of time and space. Through paintings and video works with both Zen and surreal styles, Chen Zhou integrates personal memory space and abstract emotional space, and integrates the landscape imagery full of the core of Eastern philosophy with the original instinct of the individual, in order to explore how the spiritual world of contemporary people should be placed, and try to reawaken a broader sense of time and space.

As Bian Zhilin's "Broken Chapter" says, you and I are not only the "people who see the scenery" in the theater of life, but also the scenery that others see. Chinese contemporary artist Guo Xi's "Endless Cinema" is a film that captures natural "images" by the riverside with subtitles and sounds, making the ever-unfolding scene a film with no ending. This self-subtitled poetic installation plays a daily screenplay of a real-life script, making countless passers-by stop and stop.
