On the morning of April 28, singing was fluttering in Lingyun Street, Xuhui District, and a concert with the theme of "May Day" attracted many residents to participate.
Through the three chapters of "Saving the Country, Founding the Country, and Strengthening the Country", this performance uses classic songs to connect the glorious course of the Chinese nation from suffering, self-reliance and self-improvement to achieve great rejuvenation. At the event, performers from professional groups such as Shanghai Conservatory of Music and Shanghai Opera House joined hands with "amateur" performers in residential areas to perform passionately, bringing an audio-visual feast to the audience.

The chapter on the power of the country begins with "The Story of Spring", which implies the earth-shaking changes in China since the reform and opening up. Performances such as "Shanghai Ballad" and "Into the New Era" show the style of the modern city and the changes of the times. In the chorus of all the actors "Five-Star Red Flag Fluttering in the Wind", the performance came to a successful conclusion.
