At the same time, GAC Trumpchi also brought you a first SUV equipped with Julang Hybrid GMC2.0 - Yingku, and the new car's futuristic and technological shape is very eye-catching.
At the press conference, Zhang Yuesai, general manager of GAC Trumpchi, said in his speech that Julang Hybrid is the further landing of HEV and PHEV hybrid technology after 13 years of technical precipitation by GAC Trumpchi. According to Zhang Yuesai, Julang Hybrid has a dual hybrid technology route, which is the forward self-developed GMC dual motor series parallel hybrid system, and the breakthrough GAC 2.0TM engine is matched with Toyota's latest THS power shunt hybrid system, so that the two systems can play their respective advantages and bring different driving experiences to different users. Among them, the former has five core advantages of high quality, low fuel consumption, strong power, quieter and ultra-smooth, and has strong scalability, covering oil-electric hybridization, plug-in hybridization, extender hybridization, and even hydrogen power system; while the latter takes into account low fuel consumption and strong power. These hybrid systems will later be installed on GAC Trumpchi Shadow Leopard and the new M8.
The Yingku unveiled at the press conference is the first SUV model equipped with "Julang Hybrid", the new car in the styling, power, technology configuration and other aspects of the convergence of more avant-garde, more intelligent cool elements, and with the trendy cool co-creation attitude, Yingku quickly provoked the interest of many young consumers.
From the appearance point of view, as the second car of the GAC Trumpchi "Shadow" series, we can indeed see the sharper and more effective feeling of the Shadow Leopard on the body of Yingku. The front face of the new car adopts a lot of sharp lines, the V-shaped grille is very recognizable, the shape of the headlights is also very distinctive, and the style of the boomerang looks very sharp.
From the side, the front of the new car is low and high, the overall contour is quite tough, from the front cover to the roof, from the waist line to the tail, the naked eye can see the sharp lines outlined, giving people a sharp visual feeling. The rear of the body uses high vertical brake lights, the upper and lower layout of the lights are very well matched with the car's slipback shape, I have to say that the appearance of the cool design is indeed very industrial and scientific.
Yingku's interior design style is relatively simple, using the symbol of "circle" in oriental culture, which is intended to convey the meaning of "consummation". The three-spoke steering wheel, full LCD instrument, large size central control screen, etc. are not missing, and the sense of technology is quite good. The cylindrical shape of the air conditioner air outlet takes into account both texture and practicality. The crystal electronic shift lever is also more convenient to operate. It is worth mentioning that the new car also adopts a paddle door lock, which is opened when it is dialed.
In terms of intelligence, Yingku applies the ADiGO intelligent driving interconnection ecosystem, equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 8155 chip, which supports a variety of auxiliary driving functions while bringing more interactive experiences to users.
In terms of power, Yingku will provide three power combinations, namely GMC 2.0 hybrid system, Julang Power 1.5TGDI engine + 7-speed wet dual-clutch transmission and 2.0TGDI engine + Aisin 8AT transmission combination, three sets of power can meet the diversified demands of different consumers for car use scenarios.
