Since April 13, Changan Automobile Group released the digital pure electric brand "Changan Deep Blue", announcing the official acceleration of the transformation to an intelligent low-carbon travel technology company, just one week later, on April 21, Changan Automobile Group held a deep blue brand technology sharing activity, focusing on the main technology of the all-electric digital platform EPA1 platform and part of the information of the new car C385, allowing us to comprehensively analyze the technical core of the deep blue brand.
At the technology sharing meeting, Yang Dayong, vice president of Changan Automobile and chairman of Changan New Energy, first shared the original intention and vision of the "Changan Deep Blue" brand, and said that the Changan Deep Blue All-Electric Digital Platform is a special platform for multi-energy supplementary forms of electric drive that has been honed over five years, with four high attributes: the electrical efficiency of the extreme power system drive; the later drive as a gene, taking into account the high performance of the four-wheel drive; the high intelligence based on the domain-controlled electronic and electrical architecture; and the high safety of the three-layer protection of the core car cloud. The all-electric digital platform redefines the leading position of the three-electric system through deep integration of All in One, safer and more efficient, and at the same time solves user pain points such as endurance, energy replenishment, and safety, and can meet users' imagination of beautiful travel through efficient environmental protection, digital experience, and ultimate performance. The value brought by Changan Deep Blue to consumers is multi-dimensional and diversified. Changan Deep Blue will provide four major values for new energy users of Generation Z: Changan Deep Blue hopes to realize four major brand values: innovation and reconstruction, interconnection of all things, experience free, low-carbon life.
At the same time, Deng Chenghao, CEO of Changan New Energy, also introduced the EPA1 platform in detail. The platform is a full-track pure electric drive dedicated platform that takes into account the future travel prospects and today's car experience, with the characteristics of "1 full + 4 high", "1 full" is the all-electric digital platform, and "4 high" refers to high efficiency, high performance, high intelligence and high safety.
High efficiency: Chang'an's new generation of super-collector electric drive system adopts eight-layer flat wire winding, rotor double V topology configuration, ultra-low resistance wire, adaptive control algorithm and low resistance topology optimization, which brings more than 95% of the maximum efficiency of the system to the electric drive system.
High performance: The EPA1 platform is a performance platform that takes into account dual motors and four-wheel drives with a rear-drive approach. The maximum output of a single motor is 190 kW (about 258 hp), equipped with the first car C385, and the measured acceleration of 100 kilometers per 100 seconds is 5.9 seconds. The EPA1 platform is the world's first all-electric platform compatible with pure electric, extended range and hydrogen fuel power configurations. The EPA1 platform is equipped with the latest generation of brake dual redundancy system, which allows users to choose between comfortable and sporty braking modes.
High intelligence: Support all node controller upgrades/ vehicle control domain software upgrade speed of all vehicles≤ 3min/ cockpit software dual partition, to avoid the failure of vehicle upgrades, resulting in vehicle suspension / commonly used and new experience. In terms of intelligent driving, it supports intelligent assisted driving from point A to point B under the navigation path of high-precision map, covering scenes including automatic lane change, up and down ramps, etc.; in terms of intelligent parking, in the structured parking lot, parking and remote driving according to the memory path can be realized, and automatic parking and remote driving based on high-precision maps can also be realized; it can truly solve the user parking pain points and realize the dual safety guarantee of convenient travel and intelligent driving.
High security: five horizontal and nine longitudinal surround body design / more than 45% of the ultra-high strength steel ratio / all-round battery security protection; 5+1 network security and privacy protection policy, that is, five layers of defense in depth strategy, plus a complete set of privacy protection strategy covering the car end, cloud, mobile end; aerospace grade full battery heat insulation technology / alcohol-cooled and efficient heat dissipation / transient pressure relief technology / overpressure sealing control / global anti-short circuit technology / directional pressure pressure exhaust / full-time temperature alarm.
In addition, Changan New Energy also introduced the first model C385 based on Changan Deep Blue All-Electric Digital Product Station. The C385 is positioned as a pure electric coupe model with a length, width and height of 4820mm, 1890mm and 1480mm, with a wheelbase of 2900mm and a drag coefficient of 0.23Cd. The new car adopts rear-wheel drive and the rear suspension adopts the H-arm type multi-link independent suspension system, and will launch three power versions of pure electric, extended range hybrid and hydrogen fuel cell power.
In addition, the C385 is equipped with 19-inch wheels, a 14.6-inch sunflower screen with intelligent steering, and an electric hatchway.
Under CLTC conditions, the comprehensive mileage of the pure electric version of the C385 is more than 700km, the maximum power is more than 190kW, and the power consumption of the comprehensive working condition can be as low as 12.3kWh/100km; the comprehensive mileage of the extended range model is more than 1200km, the pure electric endurance is more than 200km, and the fuel consumption of the feeder is at least 4.5L/100km; the comprehensive mileage of the hydrogen fuel model can also reach more than 700km, and the minimum hydrogen consumption of the feeder is 0.65 kg/ Less than 100km, and can be completed in 3 minutes. This will be China's first mass-produced hydrogen fuel cell sedan.
