It is reported that the zero-run C01 may debut in May and open pre-sale.
CTC technology can reduce the number of parts, improve the energy density and space utilization of the power battery, after the cancellation of the battery pack design, the weight reduction is 15kg, the vehicle battery layout space is increased by 14.5%, and the comprehensive endurance is increased by 10%. At the same time, the AI-BMS intelligent battery management system can also monitor the battery status in real time, improve safety performance, and even predict the future state of the battery according to big data science, prolonging the service life of the battery.
Zero-run C01 is also equipped with a variable architecture oil-cooled electric drive assembly, motor, reducer, controller highly integrated, while meeting the high output power of 200kW, CLTC under the working conditions to achieve a comprehensive efficiency of 88.5%.
Zero-run C01 as a whole adopts lightweight design ideas, in addition to the weight reduction brought by CTC technology, zero-run C01 also uses steel and aluminum hybrid body, aluminum alloy anti-roll frame, aluminum alloy front subframe, etc. to achieve lightweight, which can reduce vehicle weight and improve cruising range while improving the stiffness of the vehicle.
