The new Toyota Wessa is the fourth generation of models, the first and second generations are sold directly through the Lexus RX, but since the third generation has been independent, sharing the platform with the Toyota RAV4. In the new generation of hybrid systems, the efficient 2.5L in-line 4-cylinder gasoline engine is combined with two electric motors to form a compact powertrain.
