Guangqi Honda announced its latest sales figures, with sales of 76,833 units in March, up 21.5% year-on-year and 34.5% month-on-month, of which Odyssey sales were 4,394 units, up 88.9% year-on-year. Cumulative sales from January to March totaled 212,424 units, up 16.7% year-on-year. As of the first quarter, Guangqi Honda has reached 21.2% of its annual million sales target. It is worth mentioning that guangqi Honda is gradually moving towards the cumulative production and sales target of 10 million units after reaching the milestone of 9 million units in February.
Specifically, Accord sales in March were 20,667 units, up 22.4% year-on-year, and sales in the first quarter were 54,856 units, up 20% year-on-year, far exceeding that of nissan tianlai, a competitor of the same class; model sales in March were 6,868 units, compared with 21,097 units in the first quarter; Fit's March sales were 5,118 units, up 27.8% year-on-year, and sales in the first quarter were 15,960 units, up 34.6% year-on-year.
In terms of SUVs, Binzhi sold 16,623 units in March, compared with 45,195 units in the first quarter; Haoying sold 12,481 units in March and 35,775 units in the first quarter; and Guandao sold 5,376 units in March, an increase of 25.7% year-on-year. In addition, the Sharp Hybrid Alliance sold 13,149 units in March, up 68.3% year-on-year.
