During the test, the experimenters soaked Atuka's battery in fresh water, the lowest point of the battery pack needed to be 1 meter below the surface of the water, and the continuous soaking time reached 30 minutes. In addition, after the battery was fished out, it underwent 2 hours of standing observation.
After disassembling, the experimenters found that there was no water trace in Artuka's battery pack, and the insulation resistance value reached 752Ω/V, which was much higher than the 100Ω/V of the national standard, and there was no fire/explosion and other phenomena throughout the process, and successfully passed the test. Exploring the reasons for this, we can see that Artuka's battery pack adopts a double-layer sealed protection design, which provides multiple guarantees for the battery cell.
In the anti-pressure experiment, the experimenter applied the Y axis and X axis to the battery pack through the squeeze head, and when the experiment reached the corresponding pressure value or shape variable, the pressure was maintained for 10 minutes, and then stood for two hours.
Focusing on the actual performance of the Atuka battery pack, it has hardly undergone significant deformation under the squeeze of 10 tons of force, and the affected parts are all outer edge buffers. At the same time, the overall safety performance of the battery has not been affected in any way, and we can determine that it has successfully passed the test.

To verify Artuka's body rigidity, the experimenters also performed a "top static pressure test" and a "side door squeeze test" on the vehicle. Among them, the extrusion force of the former is 2.8 tons, and the extrusion force of the latter is 5.7 tons, and both tests need to be completed within 12 seconds.
Focusing on the results of the experiment, Artuco only created a fold on the edge of the luggage rack in the face of the top static pressure test, and the displacement of the squeezed part was 20.5mm, which had little impact on the occupants of the car. In the lateral extrusion test, although Artuka had glass fragmentation and other situations, the displacement of the squeezed part was also controlled at 215.5mm, which was also within the acceptable safety range.
In principle, the reason why Artuco's body can pass these two tests is mainly because its in-white body uses a large number of high-strength steels, the body bending stiffness is 26744 N/mm, the torsional stiffness is 2849 Nm/rad, and its torsional stiffness will be further improved after the battery pack. This not only allows Artuka to provide better safety for the occupants of the car, but also means that the vehicle will have fewer abnormal noises after long-term use.
