Liang Chaoxia's master's degree focuses on gynecological oncology. As a small doctor, she did not have many opportunities to practice on the operating table at that time, and could only stay in the hospital as much as possible at night and on weekends, and seize the opportunity to practice surgery with stitches and needles. She quickly undertook most of the gynecological surgeries and mastered high-level gynecological surgeries such as difficult hysterectomy in as short a time as possible.
At the doctoral stage, she chose the direction of obstetrics in a different way, under the tutelage of Professor Chen Danqing, a famous obstetrician. "The condition of pregnant women and fetuses is more complex and rapidly changing, which not only requires doctors to have solid obstetrics and rich knowledge of internal medicine, but also requires doctors to be able to respond to changes and make decisions on the spot, and the rescue ability of critical and serious diseases is particularly demanding, and I like to do this kind of challenging work."
Postpartum haemorrhage is the most common and dangerous complication of obstetrics, and doctors should respond quickly, judge quickly, and take reasonable measures to save maternal life and preserve the uterus as much as possible.
Liang Zhaoxia repeatedly encountered maternal hemorrhage almost shock, life hanging on the line, it seems that removing the uterus is the only way. But she always carefully observed, carefully evaluated, weighed the pros and cons, as long as she thought there was still a glimmer of opportunity, even if it took the risk, she had to try to save the womb. Because she always believes that most women are young, and losing the uterus will bring them a very heavy blow.
As a result, she repeatedly abandoned the seemingly more secure hysterectomy plan, tried to use rescue measures such as tamponade and binding sutures, and finally let the critically ill mother overcome the danger and the uterus was saved.

Recently, Liang Chaoxia completed a high-level and extremely difficult obstetric operation – a cesarean section and the removal of large and multiple uterine fibroids. When Xiaomin (pseudonym) was prepared for IVF for many years of infertility, she was surprised to find out that she was pregnant, but she had more than a decade of history of multiple uterine fibroids, and the largest two were close to 10 centimeters in size.
