If you are a woman aged 18 to 45 and have not been vaccinated with the 9-valent HPV vaccine, you can use: "Adult appointment". If you have a daughter between the ages of 9 and 17, you need to add a family member and make a "child appointment".
(1) Women aged 18-45: click on "Vaccination Service", click on "Adult Vaccination", click on the "Non-exempt" button behind the corresponding vaccine, select "Xuanzhou District", select the outpatient clinic that can be booked, select the date that can be booked, select the time period that can be booked to make an appointment, and pop up your "electronic health card" QR code after the appointment is successful, and you can get vaccinated on site with this QR code.
(2) Women aged 9-17: click on "Vaccination Service" and select the family member next to the name above and bind it, click "Children's Appointment", among all vaccines, click the "Non-exempt" button behind the corresponding vaccine, select "Xuanzhou District", after reading the notice, select the outpatient clinic that can be booked, the date and time period that can be booked to make an appointment, and your "Electronic Health Card" QR code will pop up after the appointment is successful, and you can go to the site for vaccination with this QR code.

Materials required for vaccination
1. On the day of vaccination, please be sure to bring your original ID card and the QR code of the "electronic health card" (mobile phone is required) that has been successfully booked.
2. After the appointment is successful, there is no need for telephone consultation, the appointment date is the actual vaccination date, in principle, it cannot be changed, if the appointment date cannot be vaccinated due to personal reasons, the quota will be automatically invalid and cannot be transferred! According to the instructions of the HPV vaccine, the menstrual period is not a contraindication to HPV vaccination, and you can come to the appointment time for vaccination.
3. If you have recently received new crown vaccine and other vaccines, you need to wait at least 14 days before receiving HPV vaccine, and those who have not reached 14 days are recommended to postpone the appointment.
4. Please be sure to fill in the registration information carefully, the staff will check my name and ID card during vaccination, and if there is a condition that does not match, it will not be vaccinated.
5. Please abide by the relevant regulations of the vaccination site when you come to the site for vaccination, if there are many people during vaccination, please pay attention to the order and be considerate of each other!
6. HPV vaccination cannot replace routine cervical cancer screening, nor can it replace other measures to prevent HPV infection and sexually transmitted diseases. Therefore, it is still extremely important for women with sexual history to be routinely screened for cervical cancer, as recommended by the relevant authorities. In order to better understand their physical condition, it is recommended that women with sexual history undergo a cervical cancer and HPV screening before this appointment, and they can bring the screening report of the past 1 year to the vaccination.
7. The three outpatient clinics in our city routinely carry out the vaccination of domestic bivalent HPV vaccine and imported bivalent HPV vaccine.
