Recently, the online car market learned from relevant channels that due to the impact of the War in Ukraine, some audi factories in Europe have announced the suspension of production, and the suspension of a large number of models will bring significant losses to Audi, which is likely to lead to an increase in the price of new cars in the European market, the main models affected include Q4 e-tron, A4, A5, A6, A7, TT, Q7 and Q8, of which Audi A5, A6, A7, Q7, Q8 models are imported into domestic sales. Therefore, the domestic market price may also be affected to a certain extent. At the same time, Audi also said that it will extend the delivery time of new cars.
It is understood that the main reason for the suspension of production is the shortage of wire harnesses that Audi needs to purchase from Ukra, and a large number of suppliers have been discontinued or closed due to the impact of the war. The Audi A1, A3, Q2 e-tron, Q5 and A8 models affected by the war are expected to resume production as soon as the end of March, the Audi A4, A5, A6 and A7 will resume production in early April or the second week of April, while the hardest-hit models are the Audi TT, Q8 and Q4 e-tron, which are expected to resume production in mid- or late-April.
