First, the line overview
The northern section of the first phase of Beijing Rail Transit Line R4 is one of the third phase of the city's rail transit construction planning projects approved by the National Development and Reform Commission, and is a subway express line in the rail transit line network, covering Chaoyang Dongba Group, Shunyi New City Guomen Group, Shunyi New City Renhe Group. The construction of the project can further strengthen the attractiveness of urban rail travel at the Capital Airport, increase the proportion of green travel in landside transportation, support the construction of key functional areas, and guide the high-quality development of areas along the route. The line starts from the West Exit Station of Guanzhuang Road, Chaoyang District, reaches Yanjingqiao Station in Shunyi District in the north, passes through Chaoyang District, Tongzhou District and Shunyi District, and connects key functional areas such as Jinzhan International Cooperation Service Area, the Fourth Embassy District, the Airport Economic Zone of the Capital Airport, and the Sino-German Industrial Park, and plans to be interconnected with Line 3 in the near future.
2. Planning background
The plan implements the relevant requirements of the "Beijing Urban Master Plan (2016-2035)", "Beijing Rail Transit Network Planning (2020-2035)", "Opinions on Further Improving the Preparation and Management of the Integrated Planning and Management of Rail Transit Lines in Beijing (Trial)", and focuses on clarifying the technical standards of the line, the line station and the vehicle base planning scheme in combination with the needs of cities and transportation development along the line.
3. Technical standards
The northern section of the first phase of the R4 line is designed to run at a maximum speed of 120 km/h, and 4 A-type cars will be used in the initial and short-term directions, and 6 A-type cars will be used in the long term.
Fourth, planning principles
The first is to pay attention to the coordinated development of urban functions and the integration of stations and cities along the line, and guide the optimization of urban spatial structure; the second is to strengthen the connection and integration of the line and the comprehensive transportation system to improve the level of regional transportation services; and the third is that the project is economically reasonable and feasible.
Fifth, the line planning scheme
The northern section of the first phase of the R4 line is mainly laid along Dongba Street, Airport Second Expressway, Longtang Road, Tongshun Road and other roads, with a total length of about 21.3 kilometers, including 13.4 kilometers of underground lines and 7.9 kilometers of elevated lines, with a total of 5 stations, all of which are new stations.
1 new vehicle base is located in the area north of Shunyi Renhe Group, north of Chengbei Minhe River and west of Tongshun Road, covering an area of about 25 hectares.
The station and vehicle base of the publicity line are only planning schemes, and the specific implementation plans are subject to the approved design scheme.
