So what conclusions does this North American market vehicle reliability report bring to us?
In terms of brand, the first, that is, the lowest score Kia Motors was rated as the most reliable car brand, followed by the second to tenth places, namely Buick, Hyundai, Genises, Toyota, Lexus, Porsche, Dodge, Cadillac, and Chevrolet. In addition, brands above the "average performance" are MINI, Mazda, Lincoln, Mitsubishi, BMW, Ford, GMC and so on.
The Mercedes-Benz, Jeep, Nissan, Volkswagen, Subaru, Infiniti, Honda, Audi, Jaguar, Chrysler, Acura, Alfa Romeo, Volvo, RAM and Land Rover, which we know as well, are below the "average".

It is understood that in this report, J.D. Power surveyed a total of 29487 car owners, asking them about the various problems encountered in the use of a brand vehicle in the past three years, such a requirement, which also limits the number of years of the vehicle under investigation, J.D. Power has an exclusive word called "car ownership period", that is, the time to own the vehicle is up to 36 months. In the end, Kia won the first place in the vehicle reliability survey with a result of 145 problems per 100 vehicle models.
