With the rapid development of the integrated circuit industry in mainland China and the rapid expansion of the production capacity of the 12-inch chip production line, the demand for wafer recycling market will continue to increase, and the development space is huge.

Chemical mechanical polishing (hereinafter referred to as CMP) process and technology is the core and difficulty of the wafer regeneration process flow, Huahai Zero2IPO said that as a professional manufacturer of CMP equipment, in 2019 set up a wafer regeneration research and development team, the establishment of a wafer regeneration division, based on CMP process technology, completed a number of recycled wafer key technology research and development, the formation of a full set of mass production process. And the establishment of advanced professional production lines and quality assurance system, through the customer's strict review and verification, has signed long-term contracts with many customers, for the 12-inch high-end chip production line to provide large-scale supply. At present, the customer has scheduled to have a production capacity of more than 500,000 pieces in 2022.

Huahai Zero2IPO said that it has equipped the wafer recycling business with professional standard wafer recycling production workshop, complete process equipment and comprehensive measurement equipment, and the production capacity can be expanded to 200,000 pieces / month according to customer needs.
