On April 27, the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) announced that it had agreed to the registration application for the initial public offering of shares on the Science and Technology Innovation Board of Huahai Zero2IPO Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Huahai Zero2IPO") in accordance with legal procedures.
Huahai Zero2IPO is a high-end semiconductor equipment manufacturer with core independent intellectual property rights, mainly engaged in the research and development, production, sales and technical services of semiconductor special equipment, the main products are chemical mechanical polishing (CMP) equipment. CMP is an advanced integrated circuit manufacturing process, advanced packaging and other links necessary for the key process, the company's production of CMP equipment can be widely used in 12-inch and 8-inch integrated circuit production line, the overall technical performance of the product has reached the domestic leading level.
Huahai Zero2IPO launched the first 12-inch CMP equipment with core independent intellectual property rights in China and realized mass production and sales, is currently the only high-end semiconductor equipment manufacturer in China that provides 12-inch CMP commercial models for integrated circuit manufacturers; the mainstream models produced by the company have successfully filled the domestic gap, broken the monopoly of international giants in this field for decades, effectively reduced the procurement costs of domestic downstream customers and dependence on foreign equipment, and supported the rapid development of the domestic integrated circuit industry.

In addition, relying on its own CMP equipment and independent CMP technology, Huahai Zero2IPO actively expands the wafer recycling business and the technical service business such as key consumables sales and maintenance of key consumables in response to the needs of downstream customers for the production line control and wafer recycling of flakes, as well as the procurement and maintenance of key consumables of equipment, and has successfully obtained business orders and formed small-scale sales during the reporting period.
