TSMC founder Zhang Zhongmou once gave an example that if the equipment in the American factory fails at 1 o'clock in the middle of the night, the engineer will not repair it until 8 o'clock in the morning the next day, but if it is at the TSMC headquarters, the engineer will rush back to the factory immediately after receiving a call in the middle of the night.
