However, it is not easy to evict tenants.
The female tenant, who then filed a dispute resolution application on August 11, said she felt extremely ashamed and extremely upset after receiving the "evidence package" provided by the landlord, accusing the landlord of "lurking" near her room and violating her privacy. He also said that the landlord even installed a security camera.
The ruling said the landlord had "justified the termination of the lease" and the tenant's application was rejected.
