How to review?

First establish an objective system of record. We've said the importance of planning, and this plan can also be used here as a blueprint for our system of record. Comparing the plan, some key nodes are truthfully marked on the plan, which is the first step of our review.

The second step is naturally to review. What we need to do is a review model to clarify what we should be reviewing. Through practice, I have summarized two necessary review models, namely the learning review model and the action review model. Isn't learning also an act? Why establish a recap model? That's because learning is a relatively special kind of behavior, and it requires models that are very different from other behavioral models. Only by mastering these two different re-order modes can we ensure that all the re-orders can be carried out smoothly. As for which two types of review models are specific, we will talk about them separately in a moment.

The third step is to ensure that the results of the review can be applied to the next practice, which is the key link for the review work to land. If the results of the review cannot be used to guide the next practical activity, then all the previous efforts will become a show, and there will be no slight benefit to the improvement of personal ability, but will have some impact. I have always believed that there is never anything unhelpful and harmless. If a thing does not bring benefits, it will inevitably bring losses, because doing anything requires a cost. But how can this be guaranteed? A tool: "Life Mistake Book" is introduced to you, which we will talk about separately below.
