The body is only a tool to facilitate human cultivation, and in order for the body to achieve "long-term existence", it is also necessary to keep it in a state of emptiness from time to time. The Taoist "breaking the valley" is based on this as the theoretical basis. If you often make yourself in a full state or even over-intake of nutrients, it will often make your body out of balance, resulting in symptoms of various diseases.
As a sage of the Chinese nation, Lao Tzu achieved his status as the founding ancestor of One of the three major schools of thought in China through a "Tao Te Ching", which is unique in the history of Chinese civilization and even in the history of world civilization.
