According to the data, the sales of Weilai and Zero Run in January were 9652 vehicles and 8085 vehicles, respectively, an increase of 33.6% and 434% respectively year-on-year.

At the same time that the sales volume of the new car-making forces achieved positive growth year-on-year, the sales volume of "Wei Xiaoli" declined by different margins from the previous month. In January, the sales of Weilai, Xiaopeng and Ideal fell by 8%, 19.2% and 12.9% respectively from the previous month.

For the overall weakening of the new energy vehicle market in January, the Association of Passenger Vehicles has given a prejudgment, "affected by the centralized delivery at the end of last year, the new energy market in January fell month-on-month." However, in the context of the overall weakening of the domestic automobile market, especially the new energy vehicle market, Nezha and Zero Run, which had previously been regarded as the second-tier echelon, still maintained positive growth in January, with a range of 8.7% and 3.6% respectively; Nezha also used this to break the head pattern of "Wei Xiaoli" again. Judging from the sales data, Xiaopeng and Ideal retained the top two rankings in January, and their year-on-year growth rate was also maintained at a relatively high level, if they can continue to maintain the current momentum, they are still expected to hold the seat of the head.

Although Niolai's sales volume did not fluctuate significantly, there was greater pressure in terms of growth momentum and potential. Nezha and Zero Run, with a stronger catch-up momentum, further exacerbated the pressure on Weilai to stabilize the head position.

In order to solve this dilemma, Weilai has significantly accelerated the launch of new products. At the end of last year, NIO's second car, the ET5, was officially released and scheduled to be delivered in September this year; before that, on March 28, its first car, the ET7, will also be officially delivered.
