It is reported that many districts in Shenzhen issued the "Proposal to Friends of Citizens Returning to Shenzhen", advocating that all kinds of enterprises and business premises return to Shenzhen employees or college students return to school or return to work with a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours.
