Many times, we generate anger, rooted in our expectation of perfection. Expect parents to be perfect, expect lovers to be perfect, expect children to be perfect, expect yourself to be perfect, and even expect the country to be perfect.

In the past, I spoke out on the self-media, and I was most afraid of seeing disapproval comments. Now I am looking forward to having different comments, hoping to hear different views or point out the biases of my views, or there are other points that can be extended. Everyone's cognition is limited and expanding, and it is a good way to learn from each other through discussion, mutual learning and growth.

However, many people do not express opinions, only anger. Before, on a certain platform, a certain director of a certain certain mile left a message directly under my video: You spent a minute and a half farting. I laughed out loud when I saw it. I thought I could keep farting for a minute and a half, and you'd smell it, and it wouldn't be easy.

When you have different opinions and opinions, say it, both in respect of yourself and respect for others. What others export, if you approve, just like it, don't approve but want to say something, then say your reasons, I think this is the real communication and growth.
